Dalny was born an upper middle class female and is a United States citizen. She was born in Los Angeles County California in the late 1960's to two US citizens. Her parents were born on the east coast in the 1920's and early 1930's and one of her parents was a college graduate, her father graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the early 1950's by way of the G.I.Bill having served in WWII on an ammunitions US Navy ship in communications.

Dalny's parents met on the west coast in California at Lambda Pacific, an Electrical Engineering Firm in the San Fernando Valley and were married after their divorces were finalized in Pasadena in 1966 and bought their first home together in Santa Clarita California. |

Dalny was soon born in 1968, their Rainbow baby, and the first of two children born to Mr. and Mrs. Valdes, the sixth of seven female offspring all told.
Three out of Dalny's four grandparents were born in the United States on the east coast in the late 1900's and early 1910's with one of her grandparents, her grandmother, being born outside of the United States in Cuba during the same time period.
Dalny is a Spanish-American artist.
DALNY MARGA VALDES is Dalny's American online artwork sales platform selling at her eBay store, since 2017 selling exclusively for her artworks all of her paintings are created by her in California USA.

and developing her unique style around the early turn of the century in 2001. She first began painting using charcoal and pastels on paper and then she transitioned to creating paintings with acrylic and oil paint, primarily on canvas and on wood as well.
Dalny's parents enrolled her in private art lessons when she was young and she was awarded a summer scholarship to Pasadena Art Center College of Design in 1985. She attended UCLA the year of 1989 after graduating from Canyon High school in Santa Clarita in 1986 and after attending 2 years of a junior college, College of The Canyons.
Dalny Marga Valdes's parents had her baptized Mormon about when she was 13, but considers herself a Catholic and a Christian.
Dalny Marga Valdes identifies with the Republican US political party and has always been a registered Republican. Because Dalny is not a politician, but an artist who relies on the general public for support she has adopted a neutral viewpoint and very typically remains clear of political involvement.
